Object description

New comfortable apartment with a view on the broad panorama of the Tatra Mountains, located in a tranquil region of Kościelisko, 2 km away from the centre of Zakopane. An intimate apartment building was completed in 2009. It is located next to a spruce forest and surrounded with newly-built stylish villas.

The apartment provides comfort and rest for 5 persons. The total surface of over 70 sq m guarantees exceptionally spacious interior. The living room features a fireplace, a sleeping sofa and two armchairs. A fully-equipped, open-space kitchen is located on the other side of the room, next to a comfortable dining table and a small bar. The kitchen equipment includes: large refrigerator, oven, ceramic top cooker, kitchen utensils, cutlery, and all necessary cooking accessories.

A huge, 6-m high sliding window in the living room faces the south, and shows a beautiful panorama of the Tatra Mountains with Czerwone Wierchy, Giewont, Kasprowy Wierch, and Havran on the eastern border of the Slovakian High Tatras. The apartment has a large balcony with armchairs, where you can relax, breathe fresh air and admire the beautiful colours of the mountain ranges during sunset and sunrise. The living room is equipped with a LCD TV (TV SAT 50channels), an audio sound system and WiFi wireless internet connection.

The modern-style bedroom includes a large bed for two, a chest of drawers, shelves and 2 single beds. The bedroom windows and balcony face the east. We will provide you with fresh bedclothes, warm down-filled quilts and pillows for 5 persons (or light quilts and blankets in the summer).

The floor-heated bathroom includes: shower cabin, toilet, large wash basin, hair dryer, towels, and washing machine.

Upon your request, we will equip the apartment with special furniture pieces (baby bed, etc.).
The parking space outside the house is available exclusively for our guests. You will also have a remotely controlled gate, a rocky-garden, and a trout pond, as well as a modern sauna with a shower and a rest-room at your disposal.

Siwor Inn and Sałas Holny Inn, with a typical interior arrangement, serve delicious regional cuisine and are located within a 2- and 5-minute walking distance. A grocery is located just 3 minutes away, and it takes around 30 minutes to reach Krupówki in Zakopane on foot (2 minutes by car). The Szymoszkowa ski centre, the Kościeliska Valley and Mała Łąka Valley are all within around 2 km distance. A small swimming pool and tennis courts are 100 meters away.
